The proprietary Respectful Conduct Clinic (RCC) is designed to address high-profile, destructive aggressors in organizations.
Forget expensive attempts to change the offender’s personality. They don’t work. RCC is based on wisdom gleaned from experience — 35+ years organizational consulting, 21 years university professor, and 27 years as the originator of the workplace bullying consulting field.
The RCC service includes:
- Meeting with the offender’s executive to set behavioral expectations
- Review of complaints, completed investigations, prior actions taken
- Interviews with some affected individuals
- Record compiled of destructive behaviors by the offender
- 1.5 days live, interactive session with the offender and Dr. Namie
- Personal development contract to constrain future conduct
- 6 months of periodic, unannounced evaluations of compliance
RCC is a personalized, custom Intervention — part empathy, part confrontation, part prioritization of the organization’s needs over those of the offender.
