- Next, Members complete Launching the Expert Team training that covers Operations and Key Skills.
- We make it easy to schedule all training in the format you choose – individual or in-person & remote participation. – at your own pace at convenient times.
- Team Members adopt one or more service roles matched to their talents.
- The Expert Team designs & delivers education (template training materials provided) for all stafff & management and provides mental health first aid & support (information & emotional) for all employees.
- The Team then has the ability & responsibility to prevent & correct toxicity.
- As ambassadors, they lead the organization’s Thriving Workplace initiative.
Team Education Program Choices
1. The 3.5 day training option – Workplace Bullying University®
Included in Enhanced Remedy option. Read more.
- We’ve trained professionals publicly and site-based Teams on our world-class, research-based program since 2008.
- The comprehensive University curriculum covers the differences between Toxic and Illegal Conduct, Why Abuse Happens, Profiles of Perpetrators & Targeted Individuals, Stress-Related Health Harm on People, Economic Impact, and other topics.
- It’s the only curriculum of its kind in the world, delivered by the North American expert in abusive conduct.
- The program is continuously updated. Clients can receive complimentary updates.
- Enhanced Remedy also includes an Extensive Resources & Research Library (audio/video collection to supplement employee training + 900+-article collection)
- After University education, Team Members complete Launching the Expert Team training.
- Dr. Namie mentors the Team through remote Q&A sessions and ongoing progress reports.
2. The 1.5 day training option – Abusive Conduct Education
Included in Essential Remedy option. Read more.
- This program is offered to clients wishing to reduce training time.
- It is based on content from Workplace Bullying University®
- After University education, Team Members complete Launching the Expert Team training.
- Dr. Namie mentors the Team through remote Q&A sessions and ongoing progress reports.
